Advancement

Progress through roles is based on actions, not popularity or social metrics. Each step is earned through mindful participation. No one advances by clout - only by contribution.

Hierarchy without Ego

The hierarchy exists to organize purpose, not to glorify individuals. High roles require greater responsibility, not greater status.

Temporary Authority

Any authority a role has is temporary and tied to purpose. No one remains in a position indefinitely. Roles rotate or dissolve when their purpose is fulfilled.

No Hidden Classes

All roles are disclosed. There are no secret elites. You know what each role means and how it’s earned.

Roles are a tool, not an identity. You act within a role, but you are never owned by it.
