Many of the Novaturii and most of their duties are completely invisible to The Glow, where they are purposely separated from "scraping" algorithms and digital capture

Nuvorin are seekers and recruiters who introduce others to the movement. They work _within_ The Glow spreading our message. "The green for the Nuvorin, who labor in the dust, posting and proclaiming, ever gathering the scattered" _Elias 3:11_ The "rank" of Nuvorin may be exceeded but their obligations are never abandoned. A Novaturin remains Nuvorin even with his new duties and must dress as a Nuvorin when performing Nuvorin duties
